Ricky Munday: Procedural Sabotage #defined

By Ricky L. Pinzon (Ricky Munday) | Official Broadcast

What is Procedural Sabotage?

Sabotage in any official or legal setting means deliberately undermining the process from the inside so an individual fails before they even begin.

“When the system—especially administration—creates delays of your court notices, reschedules hearings without giving you reasonable notice, and sets you up for a default while pretending it is standard procedure, that is sabotage.”

In sensitive matters of due process, procedural integrity is paramount. Weaponizing administrative discretion under the guise of ordinary bureaucracy compromises basic fairness and constitutional protections.
