The Empirical Ego and the Loop of Procedural Rhetoric
“I understand that thought itself arises from incidents of lived experiences, and through this empirical ego I’ve been stumbling through a resolution, but the answer doesn’t seem to be in the equation... What is the answer to the solution? I see nothing but procedural rhetoric, recycled information, nonsense, and no justice being performed, no duties being done, no answers or transparency provided. Justice is a failure—cannot meet the needs of its citizens either.”
In this introspective reflection, Ricky Munday bridges phenomenological reality with institutional critique. When individuals navigate administrative and legal systems through raw lived experience, they encounter a closed bureaucratic loop: official rhetoric recycled indefinitely to avoid substantive resolution.
This recurring sense of déjà vu highlights a core systemic breakdown—where ministerial duties remain unperformed, transparency is systematically withheld, and formal procedures function as an obfuscating buffer rather than an instrument of genuine adjudication.
Archive & Methodological Evolution
This platform expands work that originated on my first YouTube channel (2009–2014) documenting Venice Beach, California: boardwalk policing, cop-watching, and the disparate treatment endured by vulnerable community members. Those early archives captured real-time public accountability and the spectacle of street-level enforcement.
In 2015, the project expanded, and on April 10, 2022, the primary focus shifted toward comprehensive pro se litigation documentation. Grounded in rigorous research and statutory application—specifically the California Code of Civil Procedure, the California Rules of Court, and the California Government Code—these filings deliberately avoid fringe theories and meet full jurisdictional and procedural requirements.
Through this documented record, the mechanics of the “Justice Café” emerge: an adversarial service where systemic incentives and procedural rituals frequently displace substantive justice.
Scope of Work
Ricky Munday is a narrative device—not a legal alias—used to investigate institutional contradictions, administrative failures, and systemic design flaws. I am not a YouTube lawyer, not a jailhouse lawyer, and not producing entertainment commentary. The work is grounded in:
- Documented court filings and formal Registers of Actions
- Jurisdictional-defect analysis
- Ministerial-duty review
- Structural mechanics of appellate procedure
- Institutional accountability and epistemological critiques of governance
